Hi Newsletter Subscribers,
Thank you for using the Frequent Flyer Concierge service!
Our goal is to take the hard work out of redeeming frequent flyer points. Using our expert knowledge and specialised tools, we can show you exactly what flights are available, and how to book using your points. From simple one-way bookings, right through to complex round-the-world itineraries, our team is here to help you construct the perfect itinerary.
Important notes:
- Award availability is subject to change at any time. To ensure you get the flights you want, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
- All tax amounts quoted in this document are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified and are subject to change.
- There is a difference between a flight "reservation" and the flight "ticket" being issued (known as "ticketing"). Sometimes ticketing follows immediately or overnight after a booking was made, but sometimes it can take days or even weeks, if the flight is some way into the future and your booking has been flagged for manual processing. It is your responsibility to ensure your flights are ticketed. You may need to contact the airline if you have not received a ticket number within 24 hours of booking, as you may lose your flight/s if the booking is not ticketed within a few days.
- We highly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance for your trip.

Your Cabin, Lounge and Airport Experience
Cabin Experience
Qantas Business Class Airbus A330
You’ll be travelling aboard a Qantas Airbus A330 in Business class. These are lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. For a solo traveller on the Qantas A330, we would recommend seats A or K and for couples we would recommend middle seats E & F.
The seats are very comfortable, including an in-seat massage feature. For food and drink service you should be offered a welcome drink prior to take-off, followed by a meal service which typically includes a range of delicious options to choose from including a small entrée option, main course and dessert.

Lounge Experience
Qantas International Business Lounge Sydney
The Qantas International Business Lounge in Sydney has ample seating throughout the lounge but it can get crowded in the morning. This lounge does get good natural light but is a dated space. Buffet dining and a self-serve bar are available in the lounge along with shower rooms to freshen up.
080 Lounge Bengaluru
You'll have access to the 080 Lounge in Bengaluru (Bangalore), which provides plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation and dining. The lounge also features designated workstations and a library.
You can also enjoy a variety of buffet options and a bar for refreshments before your flight.
International Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documentation (including a valid passport and visas, if required) for your destination.
Please familiarise yourself with the entry requirements for your destination/s, and any transit requirements that may apply when transiting via intermediate airports. These requirements could change between now and your departure date.
Please confirm the latest requirements shortly before commencing your journey.
