Hi Newsletter Subscribers,

Important notes:
- Award availability is subject to change at any time. To ensure you get the flights you want, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
- All tax amounts quoted in this document are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified and are subject to change.
- There is a difference between a flight "reservation" and the flight "ticket" being issued (known as "ticketing"). Sometimes ticketing follows immediately or overnight after a booking was made, but sometimes it can take days or even weeks, if the flight is some way into the future and your booking has been flagged for manual processing. It is your responsibility to ensure your flights are ticketed. You may need to contact the airline if you have not received a ticket number within 24 hours of booking, as you may lose your flight/s if the booking is not ticketed within a few days.
- We highly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance for your trip.

Your Cabin, Lounge and Airport Experience
Cabin Experience
Qantas Business Class Airbus A330
You’ll be travelling aboard a Qantas Airbus A330 in Business class. These are lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. For a solo traveller on the Qantas A330, we would recommend seats A or K and for couples we would recommend middle seats E & F.
The seats are very comfortable, including an in-seat massage feature. For food and drink service you should be offered a welcome drink prior to take-off, followed by a meal service which typically includes a range of delicious options to choose from including a small entrée option, main course and dessert.

Qantas Business Class Boeing 737-800
You’re booked to fly on a Qantas Boeing 737-800 in Business class. This aircraft features recliner seats in a 2-2 configuration. These seats are sufficient for a short flight – we would recommend row 2 as the bulkhead in Row 1 means you cannot store anything at your seat. Despite the short duration, you can expect to enjoy a hot meal and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages regardless of the time of day you are flying.

Lounge Experience
Qantas International Business Lounge Sydney
The Qantas International Business Lounge in Sydney has ample seating throughout the lounge but it can get crowded in the morning. This lounge does get good natural light but is a dated space. Buffet dining and a self-serve bar are available in the lounge along with shower rooms to freshen up.
Qantas Domestic Business Lounge Melbourne
The Qantas Business Lounge in Melbourne is considered one of the best domestic lounges in Qantas’ network. There is plentiful natural lighting, seating and shower suites. Furthermore, a fully equipped bar and barista station, as well as the Lounge’s Spice Bar, complement the traditional buffet food options.
Japan Airlines Sakura Business Class Lounge Tokyo Haneda
The Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge spreads over two floors which features contemporary décor. The lower floor is mainly used as a dining room and has lockers (to store carry-on luggage) and shower facilities. The buffet has a wide range of both Japanese and Western options.
There is also a business centre and a small self-serve bar on this floor. The upper floor comprises a large lounge area with plenty of seating options, including armchairs and bar seats.
Qantas Domestic Business Lounge Brisbane
The Qantas’ Domestic Business Lounge in Brisbane has a large "L" shaped space. This sees it divided into many different nooks and zones, suited to various needs. Whether it’s a place to work, a comfy seat to kick back in or anything in between, the lounge has you covered.
Enhanced hot and cold food options (in comparison to the Qantas Club Lounge), barista coffee, as well as alcoholic beverages.
We recommend a seat closer to the window so that you can enjoy the tarmac views.
International Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documentation (including a valid passport and visas, if required) for your destination.
Please familiarise yourself with the entry requirements for your destination/s, and any transit requirements that may apply when transiting via intermediate airports. These requirements could change between now and your departure date.
Please confirm the latest requirements shortly before commencing your journey.
