Hi Newsletter Subscribers,

From simple one-way bookings, right through to complex round-the-world itineraries, our team is here to help you construct the perfect itinerary.
Important notes:
- Award availability is subject to change at any time. To ensure you get the flights you want, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
- All tax amounts quoted in this document are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified and are subject to change.
- There is a difference between a flight "reservation" and the flight "ticket" being issued (known as "ticketing"). Sometimes ticketing follows immediately or overnight after a booking was made, but sometimes it can take days or even weeks, if the flight is some way into the future and your booking has been flagged for manual processing. It is your responsibility to ensure your flights are ticketed. You may need to contact the airline if you have not received a ticket number within 24 hours of booking, as you may lose your flight/s if the booking is not ticketed within a few days.
- We highly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance for your trip.

Your Cabin, Lounge and Airport Experience
Cabin Experience
Singapore Airlines Business Class Airbus A350-900 (Medium Haul)
Your travel plans entail flying aboard Singapore Airlines’ medium-haul Airbus A350-900. There are two Business Class cabins: the larger one with 7 rows in a 1-2-1 layout and a mini-cabin of 3 rows with the same layout. For maximum privacy, select a window seat, A or K, in rows 12, 15 or 17. Couples may prefer middle seats D & F in rows 11, 14, 16, 18, 19 and 21. The smaller rear cabin is very secluded but keep in mind that this cabin is surrounded by bassinets, so if any babies are travelling you may wish to avoid those.
Singapore Airlines allows you to pre-order meals from their inflight menu and an expanded Book the Cook menu. You will find these options under Manage Booking prior to your flights, closing 24 hours before departure. For your meal, you can expect a high-quality Western or Asian meal option served on porcelain plates and bowls accompanied by a wide selection of beverages.
To learn more about your flight, you can read this Australian Frequent Flyer article.
Singapore Airlines Business Class Airbus A350-900 (Long Haul)
Your itinerary includes flying on Singapore Airlines long haul Airbus A350-900 in Business class. This aircraft is configured into a 1-2-1 lie-flat seat setup, with 6 rows in the main cabin plus a mini-cabin of 4 rows. All window seats are the same, except row 17 is immediately in front of the toilets and row 19 has the bassinet seats if any babies are travelling. You may wish to avoid those. Couples would be best seated in the middle seats D & F and solo travellers in window seats A & K.
Aboard the aircraft, you will find socks, eye masks, noise-cancelling headphones and slippers at your seat. Additionally, you will be provided with a mattress topper, blanket and pillow once it comes time to rest. With complimentary onboard wifi, you will be able to keep in touch with friends and family as well as surf the web. On this flight, you can expect well-catered meals served on porcelain plates and bowls. You can pair your meal with an extensive range of beer, wine, cocktails and spirits. Follow this link to see if Singapore’s Book the Cook is available on your flight.

Lounge Experience
Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge Changi (T3)
You will have access to Singapore’s flagship SilverKris business lounge in terminal 3. The lounge is located near passport control, up the escalators to level 3. This lounge offers a luxurious environment with comfortable seating options and private workspaces, the lounge is ideal for productivity and relaxation. You can enjoy complimentary gourmet meals and beverages, along with amenities like shower facilities and entertainment options.
Singapore Airlines SilverKris Business Lounge Melbourne
You will have access to the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Business Lounge in Melbourne. Although it contains all the necessary amenities including showers and a buffet food selection, the ambience can feel dim and cramped.
ANA Lounge Tokyo Haneda
The ANA Tokyo Haneda Lounge is a perfectly comfortable place to spend some time in, with apron views and a good range of seating options.
ANA actually operate 2 lounges at Haneda, with the lounge near gate 110 generally considered better.
The buffet area offers a selection of hot and cold food, as well as self-serve drinks. The highlight of the lounge is the noodle bar, where you can order a small selection of Japanese dishes.
There is fast Wi-Fi available, and showers - these fill up very quickly, so we highly recommend making a reservation as soon as you enter the lounge.
