Your Cabin, Lounge and Airport Experience

Cabin Experience

Qantas Business Class Airbus A330

You’ll be travelling aboard a Qantas Airbus A330 in Business class. These are lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. For a solo traveller on the Qantas A330, we would recommend seats A or K and for couples we would recommend middle seats E & F.

The seats are very comfortable, including an in-seat massage feature. For food and drink service you should be offered a welcome drink prior to take-off, followed by a meal service which typically includes a range of delicious options to choose from including a small entrée option, main course and dessert.

Qantas Business Class Boeing 737-800

You’re booked to fly on a Qantas Boeing 737-800 in Business class. This aircraft features recliner seats in a 2-2 configuration. These seats are sufficient for a short flight – we would recommend row 2 as the bulkhead in Row 1 means you cannot store anything at your seat. Despite the short duration, you can expect to enjoy a hot meal and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages regardless of the time of day you are flying.

Lounge Experience

Qantas Domestic Business Lounge Sydney

In Sydney, you will have access to the Qantas Domestic Business Lounge. This lounge is large, with a few distinct seating options, although lacking the character of some of the other Domestic Business lounges in Qantas’ network. A highlight is the floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you good views on to the apron and hangers. The buffet is solid, and you will be able to get barista-made coffee in the mornings, with alcohol served from a staffed bar from noon. The lounge is also equipped with showers and fast WiFi.

Qantas International Business Lounge Melbourne

The Qantas International Business Lounge is a spacious lounge with several separate seating zones including a separate ‘hidden’ part of the lounge that is much quieter, and brighter and has a small satellite buffet station. The lounge features a buffet spread, including a ‘plate of the day’ option during dinner hours.

There is a wide range of beverage options including barista-made coffee, self-serve wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. It should be noted that this lounge is due for a refresh in 2024 with new lighting and fittings, as well as a revamp of the food and beverages available.

Premier Lounge Bali Denpasar

You will have access to the Premier Lounge in Bali's Denpasar airport. This lounge offers a range of amenities such as a diverse buffet of food and beverages, office facilities, a children's area, and shower facilities for your convenience.
