- There is a difference between a flight "reservation" and the flight "ticket" being issued (known as "ticketing"). Sometimes ticketing follows immediately or overnight after a booking was made, but sometimes it can take days or even weeks, if the flight is some way into the future and your booking has been flagged for manual processing. It is your responsibility to ensure your flights are ticketed. You may need to contact the airline if you have not received a ticket number within 24 hours of booking, as you may lose your flight/s if the booking is not ticketed within a few days.

Cabin Experience
Singapore Airlines Business Class Airbus A380-800
Your journey will see you flying on Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 in Business class. Even with 78 business seats, the A380 still feels extremely spacious with its high ceilings and wide fuselage. The top deck of the aircraft contains all business class seats as well as all first suites. The configuration is a lie-flat 1-2-1 setup. Seats 11 D & F, 91 D & F and 96 D & F can be transformed into a double bed for couples. For solo travellers, the window seats A & K would be a good choice. There are 3 separate cabins with the rear cabin being very secluded with only 2 rows 96 & 97.
On request, you will be provided with a Penhaligon amenity kit with basic skin care products. Other amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste can be found stocked in the bathroom. Additionally, upon bedtime, you'll be provided with a mattress topper, blanket, and pillow waiting for you. Thanks to complimentary onboard Wi-Fi, staying connected with loved ones or surfing the web becomes incredibly convenient. Anticipate exquisitely prepared meals presented on porcelain plates and bowls throughout your flight. Singapore Airlines Business Class Boeing 787-10
You're booked to fly on Singapore Airlines Boeing 787-10 in Business class. The cabin features 36 seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, ensuring direct aisle access for every passenger. These seats recline into a fully flat bed with a good level of privacy, aided by high walls around each seat. The seats are staggered, so window seats come in two configurations, alternating between closer to the window and more exposed to the aisle. The seats are relatively narrow at 20 inches wide, but retractable armrests can add extra width. Couples would be best in seats D & F in rows 11, 14, 16, 18 and 20. Do note, row 16 is without a window.

Singapore Airlines Business Class Boeing 737-Max 8
Your itinerary includes flying aboard a Singapore Airlines 737-Max 8, equipped with lie-flat seats in a alternating 2-2 and 1-1 configuration, with 3 rows of seats. Couples would best be seated in A,C or H,K and solo travellers would best be seated in seats B & J.
Even though this is a small aircraft, you can still expect a pillow and blanket waiting for you in your seat. You will still receive a full meal service on this short flight.

Premier Lounge Bali Denpasar
You will have access to the Premier Lounge in Bali's Denpasar airport. This lounge offers a range of amenities such as a diverse buffet of food and beverages, office facilities, a children's area, and shower facilities for your convenience.
