Your Cabin, Lounge and Airport Experience

Cabin Experience

Emirates Business Class 777-300ER

Emirates’ Boeing 777-300ER in business class is equipped with angle-flat seats in a 2-3-2 configuration. While this is not the most modern configuration, this does allow easy access to your travelling companions during the flight. As such, for couples and solo travellers, we would recommend taking seats next to the windows, whereas groups of 3 would be best in the middle seats. Onboard, you can expect high levels of service from Emirates, along with a comprehensive dining experience and an exhaustive selection of entertainment options. Other additions include a well-stocked amenity kit as well as a mattress topper to ensure a restful sleep.

Qantas Business Class Airbus A330

You’ll be travelling aboard a Qantas Airbus A330 in Business class. These are lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. For a solo traveller on the Qantas A330, we would recommend seats A or K and for couples we would recommend middle seats E & F.

The seats are very comfortable, including an in-seat massage feature. For food and drink service you should be offered a welcome drink prior to take-off, followed by a meal service which typically includes a range of delicious options to choose from including a small entrée option, main course and dessert.

SriLankan Airlines Business Class Airbus A330-300

SriLankan Airlines A330-300 flagship Business Class cabin is in a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout. The leather seat itself is cushy and comfortable, with a generous pillow and cloth-adorned headrest. The seat converts into a lie-flat bed that will allow you to rest. SriLankan Business is also known for its tea menu and local cuisine.

Lounge Experience

Emirates Business Class Lounges Dubai (All)

Whilst waiting in Dubai you can visit an Emirates Business Class lounge. These are quite an experience, with features such as a Moet and Chandon lounge with gourmet canapés, a Costas Coffee bar and a Health Hub with fresh and healthy options. Or perhaps you just need a quiet spot to await boarding. If your departure gate is in Concourse A, you can board directly from the lounge. This Point Hacks review provides all the details of the Emirates Business Lounge experience.

Emirates Lounge Colombo

Emirates has its own branded lounge in Colombo. It is a well-sized lounge, with a Classic design of an Emirates lounge. It has all the features you would expect from an Emirates lounge, including a variety of seating arrangements, dining tables, hot and cold food buffet with a dessert area, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. There is a business centre if you need to do some last-minute work before your trip. Showers are also available.

Our tip would be to go to the outdoor terrace where there is seating available. It is a great way to relax before your flight.

"The House" International Lounge Sydney

https://www.pointhacks.com.au/reviews/the-house-lounge-sydney/

Departing Sydney, you will be able to access the House Lounge, formerly the Etihad Lounge. The highlight of the lounge is the elevated food and beverage offering, with a staffed bar and small a la carte menu, as well as a buffet. You can also expect modern shower rooms, baggage storage and tarmac views, with plenty of options for seating.

Plaza Premium Lounge Jakarta

The Plaza Premium Lounge in Jakarta offers a premium lounge experience with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a selection of high-quality food and beverages. It provides a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the airport, allowing you to relax or catch up on work before your flight. Additionally, the lounge also offers shower facilities.
