The Qantas International Business Lounge in Sydney has ample seating throughout the lounge but it can get crowded in the morning. This lounge does get good natural light but is a dated space. Buffet dining and a self-serve bar are available in the lounge along with shower rooms to freshen up.

The Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge spreads over two floors which features contemporary décor. The lower floor is mainly used as a dining room and has lockers (to store carry-on luggage) and shower facilities. The buffet has a wide range of both Japanese and Western options.

There is also a business centre and a small self-serve bar on this floor. The upper floor comprises a large lounge area with plenty of seating options, including armchairs and bar seats.
