Lounge Experience

Learn more about the available lounges.

You can access a lounge in each of the departing airports

Qantas International Business Lounge Sydney

The Qantas International Business Lounge in Sydney has ample seating throughout the lounge but it can get crowded in the morning. This lounge does get good natural light but is a dated space. Buffet dining and a self-serve bar are available in the lounge along with shower rooms to freshen up.

Qantas International Business Lounge Melbourne

The Qantas International Business Lounge is a spacious lounge with several separate seating zones including a separate ‘hidden’ part of the lounge that is much quieter, and brighter and has a small satellite buffet station. The lounge features a buffet spread, including a ‘plate of the day’ option during dinner hours.

There is a wide range of beverage options including barista-made coffee, self-serve wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. It should be noted that this lounge is due for a refresh in 2024 with new lighting and fittings, as well as a revamp of the food and beverages available.

Qantas International Lounge Brisbane

The Brisbane International Lounge is a bright spot in Qantas' lounge network, with good dining options and seating spread over three levels.

The food and beverage offering is spread over floors one and two, with buffet spreads, a staffed bar and a barista all available. You may also be offered the lounge's plate of the day.

The lounge itself looks out on to the main concourse, providing plentiful natural light. There's a variety of seating, both suited for dining and relaxing. You'll also find showers and bathrooms on every floor.

Manaia Lounge Queenstown

The Manaia Lounge serves Priority Pass as well as Qantas passengers from Queenstown airport.

Although the food, drinks and facilities are fairly basic, the lounge is a quiet and pleasant place to unwind before your flight. The standout is the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all, it’s a solid spot to relax for a few hours before heading home.
